Face-to-Face classes are back!
Our Mum and Baby classes are relaxed, fun classes where Mum can train and baby can play. What better way to introduce your baby to a healthy lifestyle? These classes are designed to help you get back to fitness without having to worry about childcare. The class will include cardio and strength exercises with a focus on returning the core and pelvic floor muscles to full strength.
All classes will comply to the latest Coronavirus guidelines.
